Class F shares of mutual funds

I was looking into moving all my 401k funds into one "target retirement" mutual fund that's offered through my employer's 401k plan. The appeal of this fund is that I won't have to manage the allocation of funds as I get closer to retirement.
I noticed all the mutual funds that these "target retirement" funds offer are class F shares. Are Class F shares something I should avoid?
