Car Advice: Need a new (used) van, and have to sell my car or truck.

My current vehicles are listed below. I enjoy both of them but we are a growing family so we are going to be looking at minivans in the near future, definitely used. I have used my truck for all kinds of things, but I do not require the ability to tow anything. I mainly use it for hauling dirt and things from Home Depot, the occasional lumber, etc. I spend a lot of time lending it out to people as well. However, I also have a few friends with trucks that I could in turn borrow occasionally.
With a 30 mile one-way commute, there is part of me that wants to sell the truck knowing that Honda's can go far past 200k miles. On the other hand, we may buy a camper/trailer one day and need to pull it (but that may be when the truck is getting too long in the tooth )
What do the level heads of the MT think about this dilemma?
2007 Honda Accord
~150,000 miles
4-cyl
Needs about $800 in work
2007 F-150
~110,000 miles
2 wheel drive
No issues

I have a customer who is in the same dilemma. The wife wants to buy new, 0.0% for 66 months on Sedona she likes, but she said husband wants pre-owned, but not sure if they NEED to upgrade. I would sit down with wife, piece of paper, pros vs cons to figure out which route to go (trade/upgrade). Then do research on consumer reviews and cost of ownership. Good luck

I would sell the truck.
Put a hitch on the minivan and purchase a small 5x8 utility trailer for hauling shite.
