We used intuit for our small business. Just an informative website, not receiving payments or anything. It wasn't the easiest thing to setup but their CSR helped a lot.

Wordpress is free, have you looked at that? If you purchase your domain name, you can link it to your wordpress page.

Assume you mean to sell products? What types of things will you be selling?

Is there a current website that does this or is it more ebay based? If so, do you have an idea on what the projected sales/month might be?

Another poster mentioned WordPress - that is a really good option. I know people who use it personally, and I manage them for a few small business clients. They're not super fancy, and they have a visual component if you're not really fluent in HTML.

Weebly isn't horrible either. Much more limited, but I'm not sure what you're looking for.

Homestead, it isn't free, but you get what you pay for with them.

Personally, I wouldn't submit any payment even through PayPal™ from a site that didn't at the very least have it's own domain name.

thankfully i have a domain name registered. ive decided (and am currently learning) to use Kompozer. its free and very user friendly. and most of all, hella compatible with me and what im trying to do.
