TIA

It's a bit older, but I would check out Steve Nisson's book called Japanese Candlestick Charting Techniques.

Steve Nison's book is essentially the West's introduction to Japanese candlestick charting. It's for total n00bs.

If you have any familiarity with reading charts at all, I would skip Nison and go with Brooks. He's very rigorous in his analysis and pokes fun at technicians who give certain bar patterns "mythical" qualities (a direct jab at Nison).

Personally found good info from Thomas Bulkowski.

His website is thepatternsite.com
