Best bank for a residential one close construction loan

This is not for a primary residence, more investment house.
I see a lot of GC's using Resource bank, they deal w individuals as well? Any other banks of note to look into?

As a banker in nola, I can tell you that most banks have very little appetite for construction, especially residential. Your best bet is to get in with a community bank, as most medium-large banks will only consider residential spec construction for existing private clients

I build about 100 houses a year. We deal with numerous banks but Sandy Baker at Florida Parishes is the best by far.

if its an investment property you going to have to go with a community bank . I work at Whitney Bank and we do not do construction on investment properties. primary and second homes we do.

yea, i've seen this bank a bunch on new construction loans as well.
