Hey all - buying an investment property in Baton Rouge. Wondering if anyone has recommendations of a good bank/mortgage guy/gal that is getting creative right now with products? Just trying to see if there is anything out there other than a conventional 30 year mortgage.

Thanks!

Thanks everyone - I'll likely reach out to each but appreciate all the feedback.

I have several options for investors including potentially no downpayment on investment purchase. Let me know if you want to chat on this further.

I refinanced with Key in the past and had a decent experience. I'm curious why it was downvoted twice, did someone have a bad experience with them?
