Banking Issue

I just enrolled at LSU, they owe me like 2grand for a tuition refund thanks to financial aid. I updated My direct deposit info to my new banking info on The same day that this refund was apparently processed. Problem is they sent money to a bank account that I no longer have. How do I go about getting it back

You would have to get with LSU and have them issue you a check
