The Bank are going to charge merchants more upfront for cash management and eletronic banking services first.

I believe Regions went from charging merchants 40 cents per transaction to 10 or 20 cents.

I'm about to switch over to UCB.

I got the same email, and have 3 separate accounts with them with debit cards. I am also looking to switch.
