Anyone know a bank that refinances student loans AFTER you have consolidated?

I currently have $38,000 in student loans from my 2 degrees and I got a decent rate when I consolidated the loans a few years back (5.125%). I am just curious if anyone knows of a bank or any business that would refinance this at a lower rate. I have perfect credit and make real good money. Also I don't have much debt other than the student loans.
I have searched online but I can't find anything so I am guessing this can't be done. Just thought I might check here as a last resort. Thanks in advance for any help!

You have the best rate you are going to get. The absolute best you might be able to get would be prime + 1 point i.e. 4.25%, but that would probably also require you to have a 3-5 year loan.
