I just recently paid off all of my debts and have a lot of free income now. I have a decent 401k but I am looking at investing into something else. I bought into some DRIP funds with some pretty solid companies but I don't want to keep using those. Have any of all had success with Betterment? Looks like they have really low fees and they invest in Vanguard ETFS.

Find some alternative investments that can give you greater returns than the market. The market will have a correction this year when the Feds raise interest rates.
