Does anyone on the board has have experience setting up distribution agreements for a product or service? I am expanding our software distribution to include relationships with regional dealers to enter a new market. I'm essentially outsourcing our prospecting activities via finders fees/commissions rather than a transfer price because our team will work the deal to finish.
I'm looking for sample contracts to model if anyone would be willing to share.
