Anyone Familiar with $LTC

There is this long term old age home housing REIT that I’ve owned for a decade. It has its up and downs within a range but it’s dropping fairly fast and I was hoping someone might know why. It pays a monthly dividend so I’ve bought the dips before aside from reinvesting the monthly dividend. I was hoping someone might know why it’s flirting with all time lows before I add more to this holding.
