Probably should be studying rather than lurking but your post brought me out of the woods. L3 here as well. Ready for this to be over.

Wrapped up L3 last year so I feel your pain. Wish you all the best and an easy pass

I am still dicking around with my 66. Work wants me to consider taking the CFP and/or CFA. I at them right now.

L3. It's definitely easier material than L2, I just haven't been able to put in as thorough a prep as last go. I'd be proud of a Band 10 all things considered.

I'll be thinking about Flask day of for sure.

Well guys, what are the feelings now that it's done?

I found the AM part to be pretty straightforward and I met my goal of having an answer in every essay box (not saying that it will be good enough for points).

PM went in with sandpaper and didn't even bother to buy me a nice dinner.

I expect my results email to have the following: "Congratulations, Mr. Freamon. You have earned the right to take the Level III examination next year."

I felt AM was reasonable. Like you I had a coherent answer in every box and think I got at least one point on every prompt. The major challenge was staying at the right pace and not overdoing it with unnecessary words.

Everyone had always said AM is consistently harder but TBH I felt I did worse on PM. Seems like similar sentiment from many takers this go round. Hoping that means good things for the MPS.

Good luck guys. Hope you all passed, but highly recommend you forget about it for the next few months and get back to friends/family/hobbies you've been missing out on the past few months. Congrats to all of you for (a) having the initiative to sit for the CFA exam, (b) having the drive to prepare for it and (c) having the nerve to make it through and live to fight another day. I'm sure you all did well and one thing is certain: over the course of your prep time, you learned a tremendous amount and are a better finance professional for it, regardless of whether you passed the exam or not.

EVERY single person I talked to was like WTF was that in the PM. I felt like was taking my first practice test of the year. Just grinding to bubble in a decent answer, the most obscure topics.. I feel I may have done enough with what I believe was a really good AM performance, but we'll see.
