Anyone do a safe harbor 401k for their small business?

We are trying to set up a retirement plan for my wife to maximize the amount she can save each year. Is there a company that you recommend to set one up?

I don't own the business but my small company uses Alerus for our safe harbor 401k and the owners seem happy with it. As an employee, it seems the same as management companies I've been with like Schwab or ML.
