Anybody on here flipping flodded houses?

I came across a deal that just came on the market. A small brick house in Livingston parish that has been sitting since the flood. visually there's not a whole lot of mold. Does anybody have any experience renovating these, or have contacts of a contractor that could flip this house.

where at in LP? it all depends on the area whether or not i'd fool with it. I live out there. There are many i'd mess with and many more i wouldnt
