Anybody ever deal with GMFS?

I have a meeting today with someone there about refinancing. They have a really good score on BBB, but I wondered if anyone here has dealt with them personally. Thanks.

bunch of former UC people. strike 1.
They are former subprime trying to make it as an FHA shop. Have high FHA compare ratio: 143% and about 7% of their loans default in the first year. Meaning sloppy underwriting and relaxed scores. They had lower credit scores than other lenders did for a long time.

I worked with a guy at GMFS personally earlier this year on a refinance and he was very good. I didn't have any problems and he was always available for questions. The closing went smooth and it was really an easy refi process. I'd use them again if I had too.
