Anyone tracking Alibaba? Chinese economy seemed to worry a lot of people. With prices in the high 70's, is this a good time to hop in?

The thing that concerns me with BABA is you're not actually buying the company but a holding company in the Cayman Islands that has contractual right via the real company.
Essentially you're investing with a communist government who could at any moment decide that contract is no good anymore... Annnnd it's gone...
