Season Ticket/Parking question from a semi-newbie.

Howdy folks. Been a longtime Tiger fan since attending Tulane in late 1980s. Our son has decided on LSU for college this Fall and we couldnt be more excited. Consequently, I’ve been looking into football season tickets over the past month or so, as we hope to make as many games as possible (yes I will be living vicariously through my son haha). We attended a couple of games during the famed 2019 season, so I am fairly familiar with the current layout of the stadium. The wife has asked about the West Stadium Club, of course. She likes the weather-friendly indoor/outdoor option, food options, good restrooms etc etc - all the creature comforts in general. I realize these are not cheap and that we will know nobody going in. My main inquiry is - what is the best way to even get these? Ive looked on some of the school athletic websites and cant really find alot of good data. Wondering if there is a wait list or what is the best way to even get the opportunity to buy these? Ive seen a very few come up on the Ticket Exchange here, but not many at all… Also, for newbies who dont know, what parking lots are the best for fun tailgating/meeting fellow fans? Thanks kindly!
