Houston World Series Tix - When to buy?

When will be the best time to buy if wanting to go to Saturday's game? Also, is the best route to simply go to Stubhub, etc?

I use Gametime and now I’m wishing I would have bought them after game three of the ALCS lol. They have gone up 30-40% since this morning.

Any luck? I’m looking for two tickets to game two. Don’t care if it’s SRO, but even those are going for $700+

We have seats in sections 111 and 112. They are going for $1,250 right now. It's all done electronically with the MLB Ballpark app, so it's not something you can buy then sell to someone else.
It's my bosses tickets that he sells, I make a little too. Only annoyance is knowing exactly what is available. And I'd rather not post exactly what I have on here.
I'm in Houston and can do the exchange face to face so no one feels like they are getting duped.

Section 111 @ $1,100 (right now I only have these, there's 4 seats available. )
Section 112 @ $1,200
We sometimes get section 118 too, but I haven't heard anything on that yet.
I have others interested, so first come first serve, but I'm expecting more so you don't have to make a deciding right away.

For past World Series, they've gone done as the games have gotten closer with reasonable deals on the day of the game. Prices are definitely higher this year than 2019 or 2021, probably because the Houston home games lined up on Friday/Saturday. Agree with LSU's post above about browsing the facebook groups. Just gotta be mindful of scammers.

If anyone is interested in tickets to game 6 or 7, let me know. We have a wait list for section 112, but some might open up. Right now they are going for $2,500. Stubhub has them for $4k.
