Away game tickets in TAF account?

Does anyone know when we will be able to transfer our away game tickets in our TAF account? I called the ticket office a couple weeks ago, and they said 2 weeks before the season opener. Well, that was yesterday, and the tickets still aren't able to be transferred. Home games, yes. Away games...nope.
