And Saban talked about leaving Miami and he went to Bama and we didn’t act? This feels very similar we should have given Joe Brady this offense and Ensminger wish him well! Am I wrong here?

I mean sure if that would’ve kept him here. He was hell bent on going back to the NFL.

We did act. Les offered Saban the DC job and he was too arrogant to accept it

No amount of money was gonna keep Brady here if he wanted to be in the NFL.

Brady wants to be a NFL head coach. The best path would be a NFL offensive coordinator & that's why he's leaving. Coach-O is a class act & he's not going to boot Ensminger.

He wants NFL, wasn't staying.

LSU just won a national championship. Joe Brady’s name would never be hotter I wish him all the luck.

Yes, very wrong. Brady is striking while his stock is high. No possible way he is ready to be a OC on the NFL level. Rhule has lost his mind. Brady was an analyst making 80K less than a year ago.

He has never lead a staff or put together a game plan for his assistants. Can believe the Panthers are doing this.

But, good for Joe Brady, get paid while people are willing to pay you.

And Saban

Saban loses half of his staff every year. We will be fine.

You do realize an NFL job > a college job, correct?

Don't be a chicken little as so many fans when Orgeron was hired.
Trust the process. Orgeron is in control. No need for you to worry.

Steve E has been on this staff for 10 years. why do people think he has any real fingerprint on that offensive system?

They were in completely different situations. Brady had a meteoric rise and he wasn’t even OC. whilst Saban had been the HC as Michigan State, LSU and Miami Dolphins.

So basically you are saying that he is just an old relic that Orgeron keeps around got grins and giggles?

It isn't often that we get such in depth analysis from a person with the wide and deep background in college coaching that you offer.

Coach O built this team and coaching staff. Without Coach O there is no Joe Brady. He would still be a nobody under Sean Payton. Coach O just put together the greatest season in college football history. Coach O will go get another “joe brady”. Quit blowing this out of proportion.
