You can bitch and moan all you want, but here's the real problem...

We are working to be #1, and not happy with the current situation. We don't want to be FSU in the late Bobby Bowden years, PSU in the late Joe Paterno years, don't want to be OSU in the late Woody years, Even Bama dropped of a little at the end of Bear Bryant's tenure...
Other teams haven't ever had the real success an LSU or Bama or Florida has had, so they're happy (enough) with their current situation.
Many teams (aTm comes to mind) will be wanting to switch their HC in a few. Some just have a lot more patience due to the lack of overall success in their past.
Change is very hard, but the alternative is the same ole same ole...
