I hope we get someone else in there besides Hannagriff. Ever hear him try to sound excited during a big play? Too forced. The dude is Eeeeor all day long and then we hit a homer and now he's Al Michaels? No. Not buying it. I cannot imagine who would do baseball, but I sure hope it'[s not him. There's only so much of, "look...folks...this is just common knowledge, ok?" He and Ott and D.P. need to stick to noon talkshows in random locations in Gonzales and Walker and Hannagriff talking about what he's going to order for lunch. Franques should have replaced Kevin "High School" Ford as the football pre-game and post-game studio host many many years ago. He has an excellent broadcast voice and does not embarrass the university when he's on the air like Ford does. Ford is amazingly incompetent. It's even more amazing that he returns each season. The LSUAD powers must not listen to any of their own football broadcasts. Guess they're just too busy with their game day duties to tune in.

BTW, how in holy name do you confuse Devery Henderson, (A black wide receiver) with Jack Hunt? (A white safety) Has anybody ever heard Hawthorne explain how he made this historical on-air blunder? I remember that Hunt was a WR (#83) until Saban moved him to Safety to be the QB of his defensive system.

To this day, every time Henderson catches a pass for the Saints, I think about Jim's call of the Bluegrass Miracle.
