Two good ol boy hires. Two complete mistakes. Both considered good recruiters who would get by on talent and assistants helping but ultimately, fail.

I wanted to bring it up again. We hired a football coach in the same manner we hired an unsuccessful basketball coach. And the football coach was a worse HC previously than the basketball guy
