Y'all need to calm the hell down

This basketball program wasn't going to turn into a contender overnight. Anyone who followed LSU basketball before this year knew what a shite show Jones left behind.
Wade has already notched quality wins against Michigan and Houston. Yes this loss sucks but people who expected us to win every one of these games this year were fooling themselves.
Watch how much this team improves throughout the year and wait until Wade gets that top 5 class on campus next year. We comin' baws

I agree we have the dumbest must ridiculous fricking fans in the SEC!! This was a complete throw out season and these numbnuts are acting like we were picked to win the SEC!!!!!!

Disagree. Not a throwout year. You think wade’s telling the team don’t worry about the losses, this is just a throwout year?
We have a chance to make the tournament until we don’t. And until we don’t, I’ll be pissed that we lost to Stephen F. Austin in a game that we could have won.

I think the vast majority understand this. And I think the vast majority can also see WW has this thing headed in the right direction.
I have some issues with some WW decisions here are there but that IMHO is the beauty of sport. I've expressed some here tonight.
But I'll tell you something I loved. Our last two possessions WW did not call timeout and allow the defense to set up, strategize and situationally substitute. They actually practiced these end game situations and a simple signal was all that was needed. How refreshing from the over-coaching so prevalent in college basketball today.
And it worked too, we got a three from Waters and a wide open layup for Epps in those two possessions. I like that so much more than the look at me draw up a play and let the defense get set and ready for us with their best defenders on the floor.

There was an older dude in the section next to me today screaming out to “stop the clock. FOUL HIM.”
We were down 1 with a MINUTE left, and he wanted us to give them 2 free points. I question the intelligence of most LSU fans.

Timeout? Why the hell did they need to take a fricking TO? What happened worked to perfection. SFA didn't get back on defense, there was a perfect pass thrown down low. All Epps had to do was lay it in. He didn't. So be it. A loss.

SFA is a really good team and there’s no shame in losing to them. Most people are just pissed at the way the game ended. As was I. That was gut-wrenching. Just didn’t make enough big plays down the stretch, SFA did.

Man, the love for SFA is insane. They play in a one bid league. They are solid for their league but had not ever beaten an SEC team before or in last 50 years depending on which research guy you trust. They will do well in their league. They may win 25 games. But they shouldn’t beat SEC teams.
They are OK but not as good as some are making them out to be.
It’s a bad loss. Wade said it in post game. He said the game was lost in first 3 minutes and we didn’t deserve to win.
I like Wade he will get it done here but this was a bad loss. And if we don’t guard better it’s hard to win if you give up so many open looks.

Amen ghost rider. Make the layup. No one is bitchin. We are what we are. Well coached. Somewhat short on talent. More on the way. Young. Hard working. I'll enjoy this season much better then last year

Well SFA currently has a better program....... hence the fact they have been to the tourney more recently and frequently........
But yea, a 1 pt loss to a team with such credentials shouldn’t send everyone into a freaking melt
