Well they have OWNED the BIG 12 or 10 or whatever the fuk that pansy arse defenseless conference is called. When Ok St is consistently the 2nd best team in ur conference, ur conference suxsass.

THIS. I have a friend whose father attended UT. She doesn't understand football or actually watch the games, but she'll parrot what the media says and is absolutely nasty towards anything aggy. So upset that Aggy has UT in their fight song - of course she denied that UT has Aggy in theirs! Smh
We better pummel UT the next two years or she's gonna gloat forever.

I lived in Austin for a bit and I didn't think Texas fans were that bad at all. In fact they were pretty cool. Chill, laid back.
Maybe that was just Austin UT fans because people in Houston are fricking weirdos and people in Dallas are the most pompous, stuck-up, arrogant, preening people I've ever met. Personality of a pet rock.
I guess what I'm trying to say is, like most fanbases there's good and bad and Texas is a big arse state and UT has a huge fan base.

Agreed. Oklahoma fans are the worst I've ever encountered.
As a rule, I enjoy engaging with opposing fans in a good-natured manner. It was next to impossible to exchange words with Okie fans during the NC game.

I’ve lived in Houston for 10 years and know plenty of UT and A&M grads/fans. While both fan bases have their pockets of obnoxious fans, A&M’s are way worse. I have never seen a fanbase more arrogant about accomplishing absolutely nothing.

I agree with OP about Texas cockiness. However, Texas's white uniforms are one of the best in football.

Agree to a point. Lived in OK in the 90’s and Austin for almost 15 yrs afterward and worked alongside mostly Big12 school alums throughout. I’d put OU at the top of the list. Pretty close to Bama, but at least Bama has the recent NCs. Tried rooting for UT after moving to Austin (only for Big 12conf games), but after a few years couldn’t do it anymore. All I heard the whole time was how the SEC was overrated and how excellent the Big12 was with UT being the best, but they chilled a lot as their program started sucking. With as much distaste as I developed for UT while living there it still didn’t match the arrogance of OU fans IMO.
