Even if they do, it’s very unlikely they’ll find any hard evidence.
Look at ole miss, the ncaa had to get a player from a rival team to rat on them. Unless wade paid a player that ended up going to another school and is willing to talk, I think this ends up a big nothing burger.
The only thing that worries me is the ncaa deciding that actual evidence isn’t necessary and decides to discipline based on assumptions. But that would be NFL level incompetency.

It’s college basketball. It’s the dirtiest of dirty sports and everyone knows that. I have my opinion of what actually happened, I just hope no proof pops up.

This, there HAS to be some kind of hard evidence, they arent going to convict someone on pure speculation when you can easily explain something away.
It's going to be about a money trail or not at this point. Clearly in these conversations Wade was smart enough never to reference anything specific.

Everybody in college hoops cheats. As long as Wade is cheating within the rules, LSU is fine. If not, it’s just a matter of how far the NCAA digs and how bent they are on making an example of a program. They don’t need evidence as much as their actions tend to be agenda driven.

Yeah we should know from his two years here, he's anything but stupid... The trick is playing the game without leaving any evidence, and so far the transcripts I've seen offer zero evidence of NCAA violations

He could explain this away a dozen different ways. He could claim he knew Dawkins was a cheater and he was just fricking with him and leading him on. Wade could say he was just bragging, or that these middle men expect that everyone cheats, so he was just playing along.
Like I said earlier, it looks bad from a PR perspective, but without actual evidence, it's nothing.

The Cam Newton shite was never proven. And this may not be proven. Our justice system is the most corrupt in the western world. There are millions of loopholes that allow criminals to evade charges, or walk away unscathed. At least those who look like WW.
