We will have to project that Tim Tebow will be a “go” here, and that means that
Florida runs an offense with the precision and focus that L.S.U. lacks. It is all too
easy to project Tiger mistakes vs. this class of defense. FLORIDA 30-17.

Sounds like Gator QB and leader Tebow will play after suffering a concussion on
September 26. Florida will need his leadership in Baton Rouge to get the win, but it will
be the defense that gets the game ball. LSU QB Jefferson has been okay this season –
but he doesn’t stretch the field. UF can stuff the run, while matching up with the athletic
Tiger receivers. For the home team to knock off the nation’s #1, they need to win the
turnover battle and keep the Florida special teams from doing damage. LSU is +7 in
turnover margin this year and their coverage teams have been solid. FLORIDA, 28-23.

Situational - Florida comes in off a bye week, something
Urban Meyer knows a thing or two about preparing for.
Meyer is 16-2 SU lifetime off rest and 9-1 during his time
in Gainesville. LSU outplayed Georgia in all facets of the
game but lackadaisical decision making from the coaches
and players made things close. Fundamental - Tebow
isn’t 100 percent, Percy Harvin and Louis Murphy are in
the NFL and OC Dan Mullen is now at Mississippi State.
It is a small subset but the fact that the Gators put up 93
points against Tennessee and Kentucky last season, but
“only” 64 this time around is worth noting. LSU is scoring
points but concerning should be its 321 ypg of offense.
Game Notes - In 18 of its last 20 games, Florida has held
the opposition to 20 points or less. Final Take - We expect
a very conservative game plan out of LSU and feel Florida’s
still vaunted offense may be down a tick down. Play it under.

And a "Did You Know?"

Georgia enters off a tough 20-13 loss to
LSU. Adding to the sting was the fact that SEC officials
made an error as assessed a 15-yard unsportsmanlike
penalty on the Bulldogs for excessive celebration.

Same could be said for LSU's defense blowing assignments against the complex offense.

I agree that the penalty should not have been called but what aggravates the hell out of me is that no one mentions the fact that we had the same penalty after Scott scored.
The difference, our coverage unit covered and UGA's didn't. THAT, is your difference!! If their coverage team would have covered. They would have won, pure and simple!!
