I understand what all these "older" optimists are saying, and it is appreciated, but the 90s didn't see the potential or talent that these teams have/had. Was it worse when the saints went 3-13 and the tigers were bottom of the barrel? Sure, but losing when it is expected is never worse than losing the NC and a very winnable playoff game in the same week.
