Worst basketball fans ever

It’s appalling how some of you OPENLY root against LSU
Wish we could just have discussions about players but it’s bash LSU 24/7 here
I’m not sure if mcmahon is the guy or not (so far he’s proven he’s not) but openly rooting against LSU is quite frankly a disgrace to the young men who wear the purple and gold

I love how I’m being downvoted for rooting for my favorite college team and hoping for the best and calling out all the fair weathered fans

You can blame Woody. The PMAC was packed when we had the General here, fans were excited. But Woody bent the knee and now we are the bottom dwellers of the SEC. You couldn’t pay me to watch them now

Idk, man. Two factors at play here.
1.) it’s kind of the Saban thing all over again. We had an elite coach/recruiter and many are soured that he’s gone and probably never coming back. “What could have been” hurts.
2.) McMahon is clearly not the man for the job, and those rooting “against LSU” are just wanting to hasten the inevitable - kind of like rooting against the Saints to get rid of the HC and get into better draft position.

I agree getting rid of Wade was A BIG mistake but some of these fair weathered fans that root against LSU and for a coach is quite lousy

Why should a fan root for an organization that continually destroys the hope fans have for their favorite team.
That Coach did more for LSU than any Athletic Director or University President.

The fans didn’t make the decision to fire one of the best coaches in the history of LSU basketball. We have an anti-basketball athletic administration. The fans aren’t the problem here.

There’s a difference in cheering on Wade and rooting against LSU. I hope LSU wins every time they take the court. I also am rooting for Wade to succeed.

The best thing about Wade is that he cared deeply about LSU basketball when no one else did and built us into a winner.
