Won't be able to replace Ball with Henry

I know there was some dissatisfaction with Tony Ball and some rumors that he might be replaced with Adam Henry. However, it looks like Henry won't be available because he will be Giants coach Ben McAdoo's first hire.

What was the reason for the dissatisfaction? Was it a personality issue or an X's and O's problem? Just curious.
