The USA coach may be one of the worst coaches I’ve ever seen. She has absolutely no play designs that free up her post players. Brazil has has multiple easy baskets from timeouts.
And she picked possibly the worst set of guards and outside shooters. Shooting 13% from 3. This was practically every game.

Reese has hustled hard but its painfully obvious she hasn't been in a gym much since the national title. Half her free throw shots are hitting the side of the rim and she isn't remotely close on any of her shots. Still struggling with the perimeter shot and limited post moves. I suspect she will be fine in the fall but from watching these games she definitely isnt the same as she was last season.
The guards for team USA are bad as well.
There is also zero way Reese doesn't take her 5th year because without improved offense its going to be tough making a WNBA roster..
