No, actually I think both Alabama and LSU will be in if both teams have only one loss.

Unfortunately for LSU, unlike a certain other team in the SEC West, they would have to be 1-loss SEC champs to get in.
If their uniforms were Crimson and they were from Tuscaloosa, then the media and selection committee would give them a bye during conference championship weekend and let them sleepwalk into the playoffs.

If we have one loss and win the SECC, then I agree we'd be in, but I don't see that happening with Alabama also only having one loss. Let's just win out and not have to go there . . .

LSU could lose to bama, and then win out and bama lose @ State or @ Auburn. Lsu could beat Bama then lose to OM, then OM could have already lost to Arkansas or lose @ State. You simply don't know.

I think this committee will select what they think are the best 4 teams regardless of what conference they are in. They have a one loss Alabama in top 4 with LSU right now.

you made a statement saying that LSU could only lose to Arkansas or Texas A&M and win the conference. I respond that you don't know that, that LSU could lose to any of the 4 teams and still win the conference......and I'm dumb for saying that. LOL. OK. All depends on what happens with the rest of the top ten. Clemson, OSU, andBig XII champ all unbeaten both won't get in.
