CPM continues to start auto-out .190 center fielder. Losing an inning at bat each game with that strategy.

i couldn't believe he watched 2 fastballs over the middle of the plate and then struck out on the low breaking ball (think it was 8th inning)...

the whole team just looked like they were out there going through the motions....they didn't seem to have the fire....thought since nola was on the mound then the solo HR would be enough...

Orel said it best. UCLA was playing to the stadium. making the necessary adjustments. How many walks could we have enticed out of Plutko by laying off that High heat?

not sure why anyone is surprised by this. the last few times Nola has pitched our Tigers have basically gone through the motions.

- Score 1 run against Arkansas in the SEC Tourney with him starting. Not to mention the lack of fielding a bunt twice late in the game which extended Arkansas' lead.
- Made 5 errors and allowed 5 unearned runs in the first inning against Sam Houston St. Didn't take the lead until the 8th.
- Scored 2 runs in the 8th to beat Oklahoma

Apparently this is how our team is going to play. Not hit until the 8th and frick up in the field.

The solo HR would have been enough if it weren't for the crucial errors.
