Could be great for us, could be awful for us.

Is it winds from the ESE?

Same as the last 2 days, if so, but 7mph is a 1/3rd of what it was yesterday.

Wouldn’t that mean it would be blowing straight in from center field? Field faces southeast.

Wind direction on weather apps always confuses me…

I believe that would have the wind coming straight in from center. The ballpark faces the southeast.

Wind doesn’t start to shift to better conditions until the weekend..

The wind switched a bit last night. Was blowing in (SE) most of the game, then started blowing ESE around the 8th.

Think it helped Dylan’s ball in the 9th.

Doesn't this mean wind blowing in from left or am I drunk still from last night?

You really can argue both sides.

We are getting to the back end of our pitching staff, so taking the HR out of the equation is a plus. Nate said the wind really helped his confidence.

On the other hand, Wake isn't going to give you a bunch of opportunities. Their pitching is too good. LSU might have a better shot at putting up a few runs if some guys can run into one. Crews and Tanks both should have had HRs against Beam last night.
