This is one of my favorite LSU teams i've ever watched. In my eyes, they are right up there with the 2011 team.

I feel like we have a great chance at victory on Saturday and i'm very excited to watch these Tigers take the field.

i must admit that i'm only 24 so i havent seen THAT many LSU teams play.

I dig the enthusiasm, but slow it down a bit. The 2011 team would beat this team to a pulp. Thankfully though, the rest of college football is also down this year. There really is no team I'm afraid to match up with.

That 2011 defense was otherworldly.

2011 ST >>>>>>>>>>>> 2015 ST

I'll give a slight edge to the 2015 offense for now. If they can move the ball decently against Bama, then 2015 is definitely a better offense.

Regardless, this team does have the chance to be special. They're getting better every week.

Yall are missing my point. I'm not saying they are better than 2011, im just saying i enjoy watching their games as much as 2011.

If we keep a few key jr's next year's team will be better along with adding to our missing dline depth from the 16 class

This team is what 2013 would've been if they'd been able to stop the run.

If Brandon Harris keeps improving, I agree. He's doing a fabulous job protecting the ball and moving the chains, but ZM could make every throw in the book. Brandon hasn't shown he can do that yet, but then again, he hasn't needed to so far.

If you were to put 2013 ZM on the 2015 team with Fournette and Guice, It would almost seem unfair. Would be reminiscent of the 2005 USC offense.

That's debatable.

This.

Now I'm only 53 but I do think that 2011 team was the best I've seen at LSU. But that was in large part due to the spectacular defense we had.

I will also say that watching LF7 do his thing has been more enjoyable and awe inspiring than watching any other LSU player since I started really paying attention.
