No.

Harris needs to get his arse in gear and prepare like an SEC QB or it'll be Jennings again in 2015.

I think regardless of how Jennings plays it will be an open and spirited competition through spring, summer and fall practices. Way too early to write off either AJ or BH.

I think Jennings will continue to outwork Harris, but both of these guys will probably play in the future. I hope Harris is a whole lot better than his last outing. It will be much harder to line up and run 70% if the time next year without Magee, Hilliard, and la'el.

not really what I got from the article. besides, Les doesn't think so, and that's all that matters.

AJ is your starter next year, sorry. BH was the better QB in last years spring game, what's changed? If BH kicks arse this spring?

The Offense had 500 yards against A&M. Jennings had over 200 running and passing and Fournette had a big game. I think that game was a big plus for Jennings and it is what Miles wanted to see.

The more I hear the more it is brandon harris' job to take, but he lacks the fundamentals. Either he's not smart or not motivated, or both.

yeah, total yards. don't imply that he had 200 of both.

"He'll take 13 college starts into spring practice, and one thing he has learned is to have thick skin."

Miles doesn't care about playmakers. He wants a game manager. He'll be hoping that Jennings experience will help guide an otherwise strong team. Harris will have 1 start under his belt. We're stuck with Jennings until he starts turning it over 5 times again.

Having had over a month to develop a game plan in a shitty 8-4 season, Jennings (according to him) is getting all the snaps with the ones in practice. Theres no reason for it.

12/21 107 yards 1TD 1INT. He still can't pass worth a shite. The rushing yards were nice in that game but he won't have the benefit of facing the 102nd ranked defense in every game.

'yeah, total yards. don't imply that he had 200 of both.'

I'm sure that's why the word 'AND' was used.

We went through this a couple years ago with another set of QB's, people wondering what was happening behind the scenes. I'm just thinking the staff wants no part of a QB controversy.

If Harris doesn't play and Jennings doesn't show VAST improvement, then the coaching staff will affirm that they can't recruit, coach, or develop a QB.

He just needs to work harder, he just doesn't put in the work that has to be done. FWIW I think he is now.

if jennings is taking all of the ones in 15 practices leading up to the bowl game and still struggles against notre dame (one of the worst defenses in the country) the staff just needs to go in a different direction. I don't think jennings is ever going to be even middle of the pack for SEC QB's

They need to let Jennings roll too. Put them in a position to succeed and let them go.
