The media made 80% of the mess

Joe Schad should be publicly flogged

He went on ESPN last night and said the decision to keep miles was made int eh 4th quarter

Richt has had 6 and 7 loss seasons.

He's lost 3-6 games like 6 of the last 7 seasons. In a much weaker division.

If the argument for the media was that we shouldn't fire Miles because of his great success over the last 11 seasons, that same argument can't be made for Richt.

Miles is much more successful than Richt.

Why would they? UGA did it exactly the way you should fire someone if you don't want a shitestorm. Keep your business in house if you don't want your business out there. Don't know what is hard to understand about that.

There is no opportunity for the media to drum up drama about something they don't know (or think) is about to happen. It's done, they're moving on.

LSU should've just kept their mouths shut then fired Les on yesterday. There would've been an initial shock but people would be over it by Tuesday. Instead they made this a long and drawn out ordeal. That's their fault, not the media's.

Nope. Because they can keep their mouths shut. Leaks didn't happen there.

Nope. Now if Richt wore a funny hat and ate grass, maybe it would be a different story.

Problem is we have a bunch of bitch arse fans & boosters who like to talk & leaked it. Nothing came from LSU other than we will not comment until season's end.

This. LSU blew it. No other AD would leak bullshite to the local media and allow misinformation to spiral out of control. Les is well liked nationally. If you just let him dangle out there, they're gonna attack you.

It was a critical mistake. He should tender his resignation and we should find someone with character to replace him.

Somebody just like Les Miles.

No they wont. And the media will go right back to bashing miles like they did for the past 11 years before he became a football God because he might get fired.
