He meant they announce today around noon. The game will be at night. We have had 4 documented non conference home day games since 1987, and one of those was moved due to a hurricane.

Unless CBS exercises its 6-day option to wait until Sunday to choose the game of the week, yes. Even if they do exercise the option, they might let ESPN know if LSU-Syracuse is not one of the games they are considering so ESPN may still be able to set the start time today.

1987. It was hot and it was miserable as Hodson nearly cost us the game. Idiotic because the first pick was at the OSU 7. A couple of running plays and a FG or TD would have iced it for the Tigers. Then that horrid INT deep in Tiger territory, w/ less than a minute to go...

Week four college football schedule looks kind of weak. The two best games on paper are Okla St/TCU, NCSU/FSU & UWash/Colorado.
