It's too dangerous to simultaneously unleash that many LSU fans on a twenty-four hour a day gambling, drinking, and orgy mecca.
Such as New Orleans?

Unlv is in the developmental process of building a 60k+ stadium. They want to bring a bigger bowl game to Vegas.

Our fanbase would riot if they played BYU. The alcohol level in Utah beer is around 4% I believe. Someone may wanna confirm this, tho.

Still a very long way off, if it ever comes to fruition.

I went to a game there a few years ago and they had a full bar at the game. Imagine how quick the bourbon would disappear.

JP I was thinking about just this topic last summer sitting in my suite off the strip in planet hollywood westgate towers and noticed unlv was literally 2 blocks away. I was thinking how sick that would be to pregame in the room and then stroll down the block to the stadium and see LSU play. Obviously not gonna happen but next time you are in Vegas doing it big, I recommend thinking about how awesome that would be. How many times have you thought, "if only we had a football game to go to now" lol.

Pretty big blocks. That's a good 2-3 miles away.

Not the weirdos so much as the heat. You're still looking at 95+ in the daytime in September.

WTF? Hawaii is the only one that makes sense. If you want to go to a big city, then go. Stupid to have to have an LSU game AT Rutgers to do so. Want to go to Vegas? Go. Don't need LSU playing at their piece of shite 30,000 seat stadium for that.

3.2% is the limit, I believe. Cal or Stanford would be cool. USC or UCLA would be cool. Rutgers would not, unless it was played at Yankee Stadium. That, I'd be into.

I would do a 2 and 1 with UNLV with no payment to UNLV from LSU.

There just isn't enough money in it for LSU. I'd love to have a good excuse to go to back home for this but it would be hard to cheer against for or against a team. I grew up a huge UNLV fan and went to every home game and post season game during the 90 championship season. One of the best years of my life.

MetLife would be cool, too. Could stay in NYC and just go over for the game. It's a shorter drive than Dallas to Arlington to go to Jerryworld.
