Will LSU Baseball games be streamed live on a pay bases again, or

will they all be broadcast live on SECNetwork?

Only when the bases are loaded.

All home and all SEC games will be covered by SEC Network+, which means they'll be on WatchESPN when they're not on TV. As for non-conference road games, I think those are still being worked out.

All home and SEC games should be on SEC Network / WatchSECN+ (the streaming app).
There's also a deal being worked out with Cox where they will carry the games that won't be on the SEC network.
