It shouldn't matter who starts because of the talent at WR and RB we got coming

honestly, I don't really care at this point who plays over who. if they beat out the guy ahead of them for that spot, let them start! but if neither of them are good leaders, especially being QB.

leadership is what we need. this team horrendously lacking in leaders and Saturday showed it. there is a feeling of quit and disinterest in some games...

Saw Harris play tonight. Dude is the next Jameis Winston. Cannon for an arm and extremely quick on his feet. If you have not seen this guy play, you are in for a treat.

Has Hayden Rettig been raptured?
All the charter members of the Dual Threat QB Jock Sniffing Club say that both Rettig and Rivers don't possess the necessary pre-requisites to play QB at LSU. They're melanin challenged and can't run fast.

So is McCarron, but as a Bama Boy, he don't count.

Cam Cameron likes "Single Threat" drop back pro style passing QB's, so something has to give. Miles and his DTQB's vs Cameron and his passing QB's.

Jennings is a good QB. I know he has not seen meaningful reps in gametime, but you look at the practice film/spring game throws he made, kid has a cannon. I watched him play a lot in HS and he is legit. I dont understand why everyone wants BH to play over AJ all the time? Let the kid grow and learn and BH will have his time to shine, but DO NOT discredit AJ until he has a chance to prove himself. I think a lot of folks will be pleased with Jennings once they see him play.He plays a lot like Tajh Boyd IMO.

I hate tajh Boyd

Wow that is high praise. I really have to see this kid play then. I don't remember too many players starting the way Winston has. I hope Harris doesn't have to carry his team on offense the way Winston does. I would rather see a balanced team like Alabama is with the QB being a part of the offense. Problem with relying too heavily on 1 player is even the best players have off nights. Even the best NFL QBs will tell you their best friend is a good running game.

If LSU is to continue to have success on offense Cameron had better have his way.

Cam adapts to the QB he has. he had one of the most successful dual threat QBs in CFB for a few yrs in Antwan Randle-El. and he was a true dual threat who could pass and run. I think he'll be fine with whatever QB he chooses to start, and take advantage of that player's skills.

Now that I look at it, I'm so ashamed of myself for stooping to the dancing banana.

What about Hayden Rettig?

Unless someone transfers, we will have 5 scholarship QBs in the Spring - Rivers, Bolden, Jennings, Rettig, and Harris.

This is question is impossible to answer. But you have to give Jennings the edge bc he's been on campus through the spring and fall. But won't Harris be here for the spring. And don't count out Redding(sp).

Probably. He is in high school and that always translates well to college. He doesn't need any experience. He may play defense too.

Absolutely.
Hell, those other two qbs should go ahead and transfer.

I hope CLM just picks one. Dueling QB's never works.

Flynn and Russel worked pretty good I'd say.

Brandon Harris will start from day 1 for the Tigahs. Les even went to his house to let him know. Look for Jennings to transfer after the spring
