Conf USA isnt great, but they play a tough OOC and the whole program is like 6 years old. I think Frank will coach at LSU one day, ut yes, he needs to get a ln AAC or Mtn West level job first.

He's a pretty good coach. Unproven give him sometime he may end up somewhere that can springboard him to LSU someday. He is a great recruiter.

He's known as one of the best recruiters ever at LSU. I think we should offer him Head Recuiter, Head Assistsnt & running backs coach - get on board the O Train!

Took a new program to its first bowl faster than any other program in their history. LSU could have hired him and I wouldn't have been mad.

I'm not NOT giving O a shot. Just think Frank's doing well in his first HC gig and I was querying the board for thoughts and discussion. Unfortunately the board is inundated with raving lunatics and insecure assholes. It's nearly impossible to have a civil conversation here.
