Wiley speaks the truth on Kelly to LSU

Marcellus Wiley always seems to have a reasonable train of thought. I’m sure he’s had a few times of saying stuff we don’t agree with (who hasn’t). But for the most part he seems like he speaks what he thinks and not what the media wants

I wonder if that’s why he left espn

I’ve always liked Riley because he isn’t politically correct. I haven’t even watched what he said about Kelly but they are one of the few sports shows on television where it’s not required.

Well it’s easy to say bc he’s never backed down. During all of the BLM bull shite and then trying to destroy family life he stepped up and spoke against them.

The producer for that show should be fired….if you aren’t scrubbing content. ND has not put more players in the league since 2017, has not out recruited LSU, and has not had higher ranked classes.

Wiley used 2020 after the 2019 broke draft records, as proof ND had more talent.??

He then back tracked and said they sent more players to nfl and they had better cruits too.

Wow he went back one draft class. Do this for the last 10 years. Also ND gets top 15 classes. We are LSU and get top 5. Better athletes period.

Acho clearly manipulating the “data”. He uses the 2020 NFL draft as his benchmark for talent? LSU just had a historic draft class 1 year prior. He uses top 15 classes signed—why doesn’t he do top 5 classes. He’s also using future classes in 2023, 2024 and 2025 which—if anyone knows recruiting—is completely meaningless. Hell, the 2022 class will fluctuate tremendously in the next couple months.

He’s either purposefully deceitful, stupid, or both.

Wait a second, Acho is comparing last year’s draft results and ignoring the massive overhaul that occurred bc of the draft the year before….? Not to mention he’s skewing numbers, in the process. LSU had 7 drafted last year to ND’s 8. And he’s talking about too 15 recruiting classes over the last 5 years, while leaving out context? ND averaged 13.5 ranked recruiting class over the last 6 years, lsu averaged 6.8. Is he really that daft?

Bottom line, Kelly came here because he could not win a title at Notre Dame with the type of recruit they were getting. The media can swing it anyway they want but they know that's the truth.
