At least they have the sense to claim their false and misleading article brought their site down yet provide a link to it via google cache.. from their fully functioning website. This way they can claim they took it down in the event they get sued for libel.
TigerRag should just close up shop, imo. NOLA.com is even stupider because they still have the article up, claiming Miles said something he didn't.

Zero percent chance they could be successfully sued for defamation/libel. Must show actual malice, which is virtually impossible. Read New York Times v. Sullivan (US Supreme Court)
