Y'all are all full of shite. I went there the year JL made his introduction and had a fantastic time. The people were nice and the women were pretty. A great time was had by all. Loved the Skybar. So GFY!!!

Vandy is not in a "college town"... and Vandy is full of yankees. But it is so much fun.

Vandy and Nashville is an amazing place full of gorgeous women.

Literally can not say a Vandy road trip sucks, because of the city it is in

I don't rate road trips by how fun it is outside of the generally vicinity of the campus.
Vandy sucks. Nashville is a nice place to visit, but vandy being there makes no difference to how fun the city is.
I'm going to away games to experience the college and the game day experience and college nightlife.

You go out in Nashville after a vandy game and won't run into fans or even people that new there was a game.

Saying vandy is a good road trip is like saying LSU is awesome only b/c you can go out in new Orleans.

I've been to many traveling with basketball team and the worst has to be Tuscaloosa. There is not a single thing to do there expect eat. It's so damn boring. It's way worse than going to auburn.

Also I feel like most of you base your comments solely on the game and stadium. I don't agree with OP but he was also talking about worst college town. Vandy sucks but Nashville is great. Ole miss has good bars. Bama sucked. Florida was decent. Somewhere like Arkansas where they have tons of good bars all on a strip is great even though I hate Arkansas. But I could jus be like everyone else and say Arkansas sucks cuz I hate them
