From the research I've done, Steele is a really good teacher and and puts an incredible amount of effort and energy into developing his players during practice. This is super encouraging because how a team practices makes up the fibers of how they play in a game. Steele will ride the players hard and the intensity level during the game will go up, guaranteed!

Coach O is also an excellent motivator but a different approach, more of a player's coach. I like the way their different styles suggest increased intensity, dedication, and better practices. This coupled with Moffit's ability to develop our players physically makes me believe our defense just got a MAJOR upgrade! Corey Raymond is still the best in the biz and hopefully we retain Brick Haley as well!

There's a lot to be excited about Tiger fans! Feel free to add...

*edited to be less "incredible"

It moves to an A, IMO. Word is he's a better defensive line developer than a recruiter and he's been one of the best recruiters.

Just the recruiting aspect of it is ridiculous. You just put the best players out there and the plays will take care of themselves

What happens with Brick now? Is he moved to another position, or is he gone?

Coach O is A+ hire for me. Steele was stunningly bad though. Overall much much better feeling today than yesterday.

I gave LSU a D for Steele
It's a B when you add Ogre.

If they can get some DL LB talent to sign this year it moves to a B+.

How many times since 2007 have we had a QB you could call the one of the best players in the conference out there on the field? How many times could we say we even had a QB in the top half of the conference or anything that resembles SEC Caliber QB play?

I am excited about Orgeron, but i still hold reservation in Steele's ability to call a defense...

It would if the best players were out there. Jennings starts.
