Why not get Tom Herman ? Everywhere he has coached his offense has been in the top five or top 10 for the past 10 years. Or has this been discussed already ?

From what I have seen looking into his past - he has me convinced - he's my #1.
Sure Jimbo/ Herman - pros/ cons to each one, but I really like Herman.
Early on I thought I was one of the only ones, but seems more people are in favor than before.
