Why not John Harbaugh?

Why doesn't anyone ever mention John Harbaugh? I would think the fanbase in Baltimore is growing restless. I don't think he's ever been a head coach in College Football. Would be a huge draw for recruiting. Don't know much about this other tan winning the super bowl against his brother.
