Why is questioning the staff considered "not supporting the tigers"?

I see this a lot from the pumpers and I don't really understand. Y'all act like we just hate the team, but the reality is that we actually care enough to want something different for both the fans and the players. I'm not boycotting the game or wishing for a L, so saying I and we don't support the team is a little foolish IMO.

Stop being the victim. Stating flatly that they do not support the team because they think that will get them what they want is what people consider not supporting the team.

and much of this board has grown tired of the same old ranters, like corporal Bengal, that finally have admitted to hating miles the day he stepped on campus. this and those that are horny for nick saban. and lastly, they denigrate any poster that challenges them and call them stupid, immature, juvenile names. I guess they learned this behavior from republican office seekers.

Nobody says that. Question the staff all you want. But actively hoping for failure and shitting on anything positive gets old.

There's plenty to criticize, but the morons that act like LSU has been a dumpster fire under Miles (regardless of the timeframe) is what drives me nuts.
Fans can want their coach to go and love their team as much as the ones that don't.

My point is that I don't need grandpa to tell me to quit criticizing and start supporting. IMO, criticizing shows my support more than not.

Yep. Its because Les is their faux-dad or brother from another mother. They've never met the guy, but they call him "family".
He's a professional, just like anyone else in the world, and everyone is subject to criticism pertaining to their job performance, and Les most of all should receive criticism because his job receives high compensation, and people invest a lot into LSU football.
Its been stated more than once, but for most of those that go the personal attack route because you criticize Les' football acumen its this:
